ADA Accessibility
Accessibility Features
The Phoenix Convention Center & Venues is an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant facility, and we work with event organizers to provide reasonable accommodations for all guests.
Each event organizer has staff and volunteers to answer specific questions about their event. Guests who need accommodations, such as large print materials, Braille, sign language/oral interpreters or other special needs during an event, should contact the event organizer.
For questions regarding accessibility, please call 602-256-4265 prior to your visit.
Visit www.ada.gov for information about Federal ADA guidelines.

Power assisted doors are located at the front of West, North, South Buildings off of 2nd and 3rd Streets, and Symphony Hall and Orpheum Theatre.
Service Animals Welcome
Only service animals, as authorized by the Department of Justice, Americans with Disabilities Act (Dogs and Miniature Horses), are allowed within our facilities.
ADA Braille Text
Meeting rooms, restrooms, and elevator buttons contain Braille text and raised characters and pictograms for our guests with vision loss.
Accessible Parking
The Phoenix Convention Center & Venues operate five parking garages that provide accessible parking spaces for people with disabilities. Spaces are marked accordingly, and each garage has several designated spaces available. ADA parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: Motorcycles with disabled license plates are required to park in the designated motorcycle parking location always.
ADA Assistance Gathering Locations
During emergency evacuations, guests with disabilities should proceed to the nearest ADA Assistance Gathering Locations, where security staff will escort them from the building. These Gathering Assistance Areas are marked with signs on each level of the Phoenix Convention Center & Venues. If assistance is needed, please approach the nearest Information Desk or uniformed staff member for help.
